We are now looking for substitute workers (women) who can step in as needed and work with an adult user who requires physical assistance and cognitive support.

The user values a stable and secure person who has a natural ability to read situations and can adapt their approach. You are self-sufficient, structured, and can take responsibility in a role where you work alone. At the same time, you should be social and have a sense of humor.

You also need to be attentive and empathetic to meet the user's needs for both support and independence.

The work requires that you, regardless of age, have life experience with a natural presence and are confident in yourself. You need to be flexible and adaptable to handle changes and new situations.

About the position

Working hours vary throughout the day (sleeping on-call). Solo work with the user. Pets are present in the home.

Job responsibilities:

Physical assistance in daily life (e.g., mobility, personal hygiene).
Cognitive support and help in creating structure.
Household chores and cooking.
Leisure activities and walks.

Interviews and hiring for the positions will occur continuously.
