Astahem Care & Support is now looking for part-time and summer substitutes for our LSS operations in Kavlinge By in Stigtomta, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. We are looking for employees for both our group home and our service apartment.

About the organization

Kavlinge By is located in a beautiful rural environment in Stigtomta, about 15 km northwest of Nyköping, with proximity to bus connections. The operation consists of a group home and a service apartment for adult men and women belonging to person group 1 according to 9 § 9 LSS.

About the position

As a support assistant, you work in a team close to the user and are an important part of creating security, structure, and quality of life in everyday life.

We are looking for substitutes for both the group home and the service apartment. The work involves scheduled shifts, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Job responsibilities include:

Support in daily activities and personal care (ADL)

Motivational conversations and relationship-building work

Participation in leisure activities and social interaction

Documentation according to applicable routines

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

Is educated or studying to become a support pedagogue, support assistant, treatment pedagogue, or nursing assistant

Is calm, responsible, and has a professional approach

Enjoys teamwork but is also self-driven

Has a genuine interest in people and a low-arousal approach

Extra plus if you have:

Experience working in psychiatry or neuropsychiatry

Care and support education with a psychiatry focus

Qualifications

You speak and write Swedish fluently

You have a B driver's license
