Your mission

As a care assistant, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents and provide support in daily life from a pedagogical perspective. Together with other staff members, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.

At Dramatörvägen, we have staff available 24/7, which means you need to be able to work irregular hours.

About Dramatörvägen Group Home

We provide accommodation for adults with acquired brain injuries, target group 2.

Dramatörvägen is a modern group home with 6 apartments in Tystberga. The accommodation features a shared living room and kitchen, as well as a patio where we socialize together.

The residence is located in a residential area with large fields on one side and a walking path to a grocery store, restaurant, and bus stop. Tystberga is approximately 20 km from Nyköping and 80 km from Stockholm.

Your experience and knowledge

We assume that you who are applying to us: • have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people • are responsible and have personal maturity • enjoy working in a team but also taking your own initiative

You have at least a high school education in care and nursing or another equivalent education. It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group. You have experience in documentation. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and opportunities to grow.
