Do you want to be Theo's new assistant?

We are looking for someone who is willing to work all shifts, day, evening, weekend, and awake night during the summer, with the possibility of extension.

Working as a personal assistant is fantastic, important, challenging, fun, and totally life-changing for both you and your client and their family.

For Theo's days and nights to function, you need to be organized, responsible, positive, and solution-focused. The work largely aims to help a whole family function and feel good, as the entire family is affected by how Theo feels and how secure his assistants are. This means you need to have strong social skills with a balanced sense of intuition.

We are a large team that places great importance on supporting each other, having fun together, and working on new ideas to create comfort and engagement. To be a good personal assistant, you need to have a high level of personal maturity where you can distinguish between your own needs and the needs of the person you are working with. Do you have the will to do good, an understanding of the disability world, and want to be an important component of a fun team?

At Team Aron Assistans, we help our clients try out different sports and ensure that assistants and clients can connect with associations and sports clubs that may be of interest. Through our network in sports and collaborations with associations and sports clubs, we can fulfill our clients' wishes to attend, for example, football matches or other sports-related events. If there is a desire to meet the team or their favorite star after the match, there is a good chance we can arrange that too.
