Personal assistance is a service under LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each customer is unique, and your tasks vary based on the customer's needs. You respect the customer's self-determination and integrity, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done. We are looking for someone who is flexible, empathetic, and has a twinkle in their eye.

We are now looking for someone who fits the following:

• wants to work with a woman in her 65s living in Nyköping
• has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current form of employment is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 55%. Working hours are scheduled during daytime and evening. The position involves work on weekdays and every other weekend.

During weeks 26-29 this summer, there is an opportunity to work more beyond the current employment rate.

Hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are in accordance with collective agreements.

Start date

The start date for the position is 2025-06-13, but we would like you to start the introduction and work as a substitute before the position starts.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
