Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• wants to work with a client living outside Trosa in their 30s.
• has good knowledge of Swedish

It is also an advantage if you:

• have experience in similar work
• have a B driver's license

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is a hourly employment suitable for those studying or wanting to work extra during days, evenings, and weekends. The client has on-call duty (waiting time) during the night.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations will be according to collective agreements.

Start date

Immediately or according to agreement.

Being employed at Humana

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
