We are looking for someone who is willing to work extra as needed during potential sick leave, vacation, or similar situations. The shifts are scheduled from 10:00 AM to 10:00 AM with waiting time during the night.

Our client is a woman in her 70s living in Vagnhärad with her husband in a villa. She is wheelchair-bound and requires daily assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, mobility, communication, and all household tasks performed by one or two assistants. The client is an active woman with interests such as gardening, baking, and handicrafts.

The client appreciates assistants who are straightforward and clear in their communication, both verbally and through body language. The tasks can be very varied and involve assistance inside and outside the home, which places high demands on your flexibility. Humor, understanding, and taking initiative are important to the client.

Who you are

You who are applying may preferably be an older woman with experience and share common interests with the client. You need to be secure in yourself, attentive, flexible, proactive, and have a genuine interest in your work. You should be mature in your approach to different situations, both demanding and less demanding. You need to have good physical fitness as the client is very active.

The work is based on respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity.

Experience in personal assistance is a requirement, but personal suitability will weigh heaviest.

Your tasks include working according to the client's implementation plan, which describes the assistance and the routines that apply to the client.
