DVT Assistans has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities since its inception in 2005. We operate throughout Central Sweden based on the guiding principles of Participation, Dignity, and Accessibility. We believe in individual solutions where the customer is always in focus. Together, we enable people with various disabilities to live like others and to determine their own lives. Today, DVT employs approximately 200 personal assistants.

We are looking for a female assistant for our client in Eskilstuna!

Our client is a 32-year-old woman who enjoys an active everyday life. Her interests include going for walks, listening to music & singing. The work also involves providing support in daily activities such as cooking, household tasks, and personal hygiene.

To fit this role, we believe you should have a gentle demeanor, be solution-oriented, and possess good planning skills. We expect you to always prioritize the customer and ensure that the group dynamics function well. Flexibility is appreciated by both the client and the employer to easily manage daily tasks.

We offer a position of approximately 60% according to a predetermined schedule, with shifts during the day, evening, night, including waiting time and weekend shifts.

We also offer 1-2 positions as needed to cover for any absences and during the summer vacation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in personal assistance or similar experience in care and support, preferably with a nursing assistant education. Alternatively, a pedagogical education and experience.
• Is non-smoker
• Has a very good command of the Swedish language.

It is desirable that you have a driver's license and access to a car.

The work is considered physically light, but you will have an active job where activities are requested.

Working hours and employment rate: Varying working hours during the day/evening/night as well as weekends. Nights are staffed with waiting time, and the schedule may sometimes involve long shifts. The client attends a daily activity program 3 days a week but does not have assistance during that time.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to collective agreement.

Start date: as soon as possible
