Solåkrabyn is a non-profit organization that provides social therapeutic LSS services for adults in Järna, Mölnbo, and Selaön in Stallarholmen.

Qualifications: You need to have a care and nursing education, equivalent training, or experience working in care and nursing. Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, is required due to extensive documentation and communication, as well as computer skills and a valid B driver's license.

Experience with Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) and experience working with individuals with disabilities is considered an asset.

The tasks involve supporting, motivating, and stimulating the resident's own ability to perform daily activities and creating conditions for a meaningful life. Daily written documentation is part of the job.

Working hours: Scheduled working hours, evenings, weekends, and on-call duty.
