DVT Assistans has been providing personal assistance to people with disabilities since its inception in 2005. We operate throughout Central Sweden based on the principles of Participation, Dignity, and Accessibility. We believe in individual solutions where the customer is always the focus. Together, we enable people with various disabilities to live like others and to have control over their own lives. Today, DVT employs approximately 200 personal assistants.

We are currently looking for hourly and summer substitutes for customers in the Katrineholm area. As a substitute, you need to be flexible and available at short notice in case of regular staff illness or absence. As a temporary assistant, you may be trained with several customers, so it is important that you can adapt to different tasks and how the customer prefers things.

We are looking for someone who is calm and secure in their personality. You need to be clear in your communication. We place great importance on your personal letter where you introduce yourself and explain why you would be a good fit as a personal assistant.

Meritorious, but not required

• Experience working as a personal assistant
• Experience with autism and low-arousal approaches
• Experience with clear communication
• Driver's license and car
