If you are looking for an exciting and developing job and have previous experience in project management and pharmaceuticals, you could be the one we are looking for. You will join a team with a broad field of work that includes both project and change management as well as IT development. The work is carried out in collaboration with individuals with different competencies in various parts of the organization. Additionally, the tasks often involve collaboration with other national authorities and partnerships within the EU.

- leading efficiency and change work
The tasks are carried out independently and involve, in addition to project management and coordination, your own work within the framework of the assignment. The work includes a high degree of collaboration, both internally and externally, with other authorities and actors, as well as responsibility for the implementation of external communication efforts related to the assignment.
Your Background
We are looking for someone with a university degree relevant to the work. You have several years of experience working as a project manager in knowledge-intensive operations within Life Science. You have documented experience in driving projects from start to finish and also have good knowledge in driving business development. Experience with IT components, EU work, and experience from working in government agencies is advantageous.
The tasks require you to express yourself well in both Swedish and English, both orally and in writing, and that you have a well-developed ability to compile and present complex information in an accessible way.
Your Personal Qualities
You who are applying:
- have good leadership qualities characterized by collaboration, goal focus, and good communication skills.
- enjoy working both independently and in a group, have the ability to work on several projects simultaneously, take the initiative for new contacts, and create good long-term relationships.
- are generous, share your experiences, and contribute to a good work environment.
