We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a consulting assignment with our global client in central Uppsala. The assignment is 50% with an immediate start and runs until the end of August 2025.

Responsibilities

As an HR Business Partner, you will work strategically and operationally with HR issues.

• Act as support to management and leaders by driving and implementing HR strategies and processes, such as developing work materials for managers.
• Provide support in areas such as leadership development, employee engagement, and performance.
• General administration in HR processes.

Qualifications

• Relevant education in HR or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR work, preferably in a role as an HR Business Partner.
• Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Experience in developing routines for managers.

Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are communicative, relationship-building, and have strong analytical skills. You are self-driven, proactive, and have a strong drive.
