Job Responsibilities

Jurek is looking for an accounting assistant for the Department of Surgical Sciences at a university. The tasks will include:

• working with ongoing accounting and bookkeeping
• working with general ledger
• working in accounting systems (Proceedo, Raindance, Primula)
• coding
• invoice control, preparing data processing materials, and reconciling account balances
• working with accounts payable and receivable
• responding to inquiries regarding payments

Who are you?

The consultant should have the following experience/competencies:

• high school or equivalent education
• at least one (1) year of work experience as an accounting assistant
• good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent EXCEL
• knowledge of accounting systems (Proceedo, Raindance, Primula)
• able to communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Desirable qualifications:

• Can communicate in English
• Previous work experience from a university

What we offer

A consulting assignment with a full-time scope of 100%. The start date for the assignment is immediate and is expected to last until 2025-06-30. You will be employed by Jurek Talents and leased to our public client.
