Job Description

We are currently looking for a driven and methodical Backoffice Employee with an eye for detail and service! As part of the team in Uppsala, you will also work closely with our colleagues in Denmark to ensure that every work order is handled smoothly and that the company's customers and resellers are more than satisfied.

We are seeking an administrative backoffice for the team in Uppsala. Your role will be central in ensuring smooth operations and compliance with our customers and resellers for the Danish part of our business.

You will initially work with our web-based programs and case management systems, where your primary task is to register and manage work orders and the work surrounding them. Over time, the tasks will become a bit more challenging, and you will have the support of a cheerful and close-knit team.

The position is located in Uppsala and is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Autorekrytering and rented full-time to our client company. The idea is that the assignment will run indefinitely, and there is a good opportunity for permanent employment with the company in the long run. More information about the company and the position will be provided during a possible interview.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with experience in a customer-facing role who enjoys working both independently and in a team. You have good administrative skills, are structured and solution-oriented, and have an eye for detail.

You need to have good computer skills and be quick to learn new systems. In this role, you will also have daily contact with customers and resellers, so we expect you to be service-minded and problem-solving in your approach.

You will also have ongoing contact with our colleagues and the office in Denmark, so we are looking for someone who is language-friendly, preferably Danish.

We would like you to:

• Have previous experience in customer service, administration, or similar tasks
• Be communicative, service-oriented, and skilled at building good customer relationships
• Have good knowledge of MS Office and be quick to adapt to new systems
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently. If you also speak Danish, it is a big plus
• Have a B driver's license
