INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR S:T ERIKS IN UPPSALA

In the role of Inside Sales Representative, you will sell and register orders for customers. You will serve as an important support within the sales organization and be responsible for answering incoming inquiries via email and phone. Additionally, you will actively participate in development and improvement work and work on selling the product range to end customers. You will also administer various business systems and Excel.

• Sell and register orders for customers, including quote management, preparation, and order placement.
• Answer incoming inquiries via calls and emails.
• Register returns and complaints.
• Actively work with development and sales goals.
• Support longer projects as needed.
• Customer care and proactive sales work towards end customers.
• Work in a team with customer responsible salespeople.
• Act as a link between customer, sales, and production.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES AND QUALIFICATIONS
To thrive in the role of Inside Sales Representative, you are a natural relationship builder with an interest in sales and service. You may have a background in construction and contracting or logistics and previous experience in a similar role. You are an unpretentious team player who appreciates actively working in a structured manner with processes. You see working solution-oriented and quality-conscious as a given, and you are proactive and value good service highly. Furthermore, you enjoy taking on new challenges and are a good communicator.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in sales/service, preferably in construction and contracting or logistics.
• Good computer and system skills, preferably experience with Jeeves and Excel.
• Knowledge of AMA codes and quantity lists.
• Previous experience working with AutoCad and reading drawings for quotes.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Good collaboration and communication skills.
