Biltema currently has a total of 161 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 60 stores are in Sweden. About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are an important part of the customers' experience in the store. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that customers receive the best possible service. Your workday consists of various tasks, including product stocking, cashier work, and customer service. If you enjoy a fast-paced work environment and customer interactions, you will thrive in our café, which is a popular spot for our customers.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a true service-oriented person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to maintain order around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued, as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

Experience in retail, particularly in customer service, cashier work, and complaint handling, is advantageous. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer someone with a strong interest in our product range and areas or café operations.

The Right Person in the Right Place

To help us piece together our summer staffing, we ask that you indicate in your cover letter which of the following areas interest you beyond the tasks mentioned above, as we are looking for:

• Regular Store Associate – must be able to work extra/part-time until August.
• Store Associate with a focus on warehouse/product stocking – must be able to work part-time until August. You should be an early riser and ready for deliveries of Biltema's 19,000 different items. Previous experience in similar tasks and a forklift license are highly regarded.
• Store Associate with a focus on bicycle sales – must be able to work part-time until August. You will be invaluable to our customers who want to enjoy the summer on one of Biltema's popular bicycle models. An interest in the differences between various electric bicycles is required.
• Store Associate with a focus on bicycle/assembly – must be able to work extra/part-time until August. In addition to an interest in bicycles, we prefer someone with a technical interest and curiosity about how things work.
• Store Associate with a focus on customer service – must be able to work part-time until August. You should be passionate about customer interactions and good service. You are a problem solver who sees the big picture and is not afraid to make decisions.
• Store Associate with a focus on café – must be able to work part-time until August. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment while strictly adhering to food hygiene requirements.
