We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships! You will work closely with our customers and offer the best service concepts in the market to streamline the management of consumables and thus take Würth to the next level!

Target Audience and Customer Segments
This includes, among others, forging and maintenance workshops, elevator installers, manufacturing industry, and installation companies.
What the Job Entails
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own district within the region and work to develop and expand the district long-term to achieve growth. The area includes Uppsala and its surroundings.
You will work from home and conduct customer visits based on the planning that is appropriate within the geographical area and meets the customers' wishes.
- You actively work on acquiring new customers and engage existing customers to achieve growth.
- Based on our multi-channel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
- You assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline their management of consumables.
- You focus on sales and meet your budget.
- You work proactively and are attentive to capture new business opportunities.
- You conduct practical product demonstrations.
We Want You To
- Have high social competence and understand the responsibility of managing a customer account.
- Be goal-oriented, solution-focused, and have a good business sense.
- Have a structured and orderly working method and understand the value of planning your work to achieve outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
- Be experienced in and understand the importance of using a CRM system.
- Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
It is an advantage if you have a sales technical education and/or previous practical experience in areas such as assembly, maintenance, or installation. It is also meritorious if you have previously worked in B2B field sales, prospecting, and/or have knowledge of our products and their applications.
