We are looking for a driven and social person who enjoys keeping things organized and helping customers. At Swetex Produkter AB, you will be an important part of the team and contribute to ensuring that our corporate customers always receive the best possible service. Your work will be varied, with both customer contact and practical tasks on the agenda.

Your main responsibilities include:

Receiving and assisting our corporate customers with product inquiries – you are their expert!
Receiving and handling deliveries – make sure we always have what we need.
Restocking shelves and ensuring that the store looks tidy and inviting.
Managing customer dialogues via both email and phone – respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
Supporting our field sales representatives with administrative tasks when needed.
Ensuring that the store is always neat and organized, for a good first impression!

Candidate Profile

Social and enjoys customer contact – no day is the same!
Self-motivated and able to take initiative, as you will be working independently in the store at times.
Flexible and attentive to both small details and larger tasks – for us, it’s about creating a well-functioning and pleasant work environment.
