About the assignment

We are looking for community guides for a consulting assignment with our client in Linköping. The work is scheduled during office hours on weekdays, and you are expected to be available to work at least 2 full days a week. Some shifts are booked in advance, but you also need to be comfortable being booked for shifts on short notice the same day. Our client's needs also increase during the summer, and they are looking for staff who can work full-time during weeks 28-32. Training for the position will take place on-site.

Your tasks

In the role of community guide, you will guide the public regarding various community functions. The work involves;

• Customer contact via phone and email where you guide and inform
• Administration in the organization's case management system

Your qualifications

• High school diploma
• Experience in a service profession
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good computer skills

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or reception
