We are looking for an experienced UX designer for an exciting consulting assignment within a leading public organization in Östergötland. In this role, you will work through the entire development process, from user studies and requirements management to interaction design, prototyping, and testing. You will be a central part in ensuring an optimal customer experience for healthcare operations and supporting functions such as finance and HR, by working on several parallel projects.

MANDATORY requirements:

• Relevant education in cognitive science, technical information, or interaction design
• At least 4–8 years of experience in UX design and interaction design, including prototyping and usability testing
• Knowledge of WCAG and accessible design
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or similar prototyping tools
• Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written

PREFERRED requirements:

• Experience in UX design for healthcare-related systems
• Experience working with different target groups, including healthcare professionals
• Experience in creating designs with high accessibility requirements (WCAG)
• Experience with design systems and their development
