Role Description:

As a Support Technician at Audio Pro, you will have a varied and challenging everyday life where you work closely with customers and take on significant responsibility - no two days are alike. Below is a selection of typical tasks:

  • Handling and documentation of incoming support cases via our case management system
  • Providing technical and general support for our consumer products
  • Coordinating and providing technical support for corporate clients
  • Responsible for mixed internal support and administration

The role primarily involves technical problem-solving within software/hardware/mechanics/acoustics and from product to system level, but also non-technical aspects such as order management, user assistance, and product advice to ensure customer satisfaction.

We are looking for someone with a strong sense of service and a solution-oriented approach. A team player with an open and generous attitude, driven by a strong personal commitment.

We believe you also have:

  • 2–4 years of experience in customer support and contact within the technology and consumer industry.
  • Experience with case management systems, such as Zendesk
  • Basic understanding of business systems, such as Business Central
  • Strong customer focus and a flexible attitude, ability to “not take things personally”
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Driver's license (meriting)

The position is a full-time role during the day with start date according to agreement. Work from the office is prioritized, but remote work is possible if needed. We apply a 6-month probationary period.
