Are you an expert at juggling multiple tasks, coordinating people and technology – and making everything come together at crucial moments? We are now looking for an experienced Go-Live Coordinator who can take the baton in an important implementation of a new student registration system. We are seeking an experienced project coordinator who can start immediately, preferably on April 1, 2025!

The Assignment

You will be the hub of a larger project, where your role is to lead, coordinate, and ensure a safe and effective go-live. It’s about making sure that technology, operations, and project management are all playing in the same team and at the same pace.

Your mission in brief:

Plan and lead the go-live process Ensure deliveries on time and according to plan Be the bridge between technology and operations Communicate clearly, raise risks, and escalate when necessary Dare to drive decisions and create clarity Ensure stable operations after go-live

We are looking for someone who has:

Solid experience in project management, change management, or coordination in complex IT projects. Previously led go-live processes for mission-critical systems. Understanding of technology and system integration – but above all: can speak tech with non-tech people. Strong communication skills – you get people on board and are trustworthy. Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and community actors.

Location: Malmö (on-site) Scope: 50–100% Period: April 1 – August 31, 2025 Possibility of extension: Yes (6 months)
