Job Advertisement: Legal Advisor at Linköping District Court

Linköping District Court is one of the medium-sized courts in the country with approximately 60 employees. The court handles criminal cases, civil cases, and matters. Our task is to adjudicate cases and matters in a legally secure and efficient manner.

The court is divided into two adjudicative departments consisting of several divisions. Each department has a chief judge as well as judges, case handlers, and clerks. The court also has an administrative department responsible for, among other things, financial and personnel administration, maintenance, and reception.

The operations are conducted in bright, purpose-built premises at the Garnison area in Linköping, where we are co-located with the Administrative Court and the Rent and Lease Board in Linköping.

Job Description

The role of a legal advisor at the district court involves independently handling cases and matters. You will work closely with the chief judge, and the idea is that you will, among other things, be responsible for the so-called appointment division. Your tasks will include contacts with parties, lawyers, authorities, and the public.

Qualifications

You are a clerk-qualified lawyer from the district court. The work requires very good judgment, great attention to detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and excellent collaboration skills.

Employment Conditions

Fixed-term employment for up to one year (special fixed-term employment). Individual salary setting applies.
