About the Position

We are looking for a Visa and Work Permit Consultant for a manufacturing company in Finspång. In this role, you will act as a local expert on immigration regulations for designated host countries and ensure accurate and prompt administration of visas and work permits for delegates traveling internationally.

The Visa and Work Permit Consultant will contribute to managing the global mobility of employees. You will be a key person ensuring that our employees have the correct documentation to operate internationally.

This is a consulting assignment with employment through Poolia, with a desired start in April and lasting for 12 months. Selection and interviews will be ongoing, so please submit your application today!

Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will;

• Professionally collaborate with foreign colleagues, third parties, and client personnel.
• Continuously work on improvements and support other departments and projects.
• Ensure accurate and prompt handling of visa and work permit applications for delegates.
• Stay updated on immigration legislation for the designated host countries.
• Manage incoming visa and work permit cases for outgoing employees.
• Collaborate with delegation consultants to ensure requested information (e.g., social security, visa applications) is delivered on time.
• Provide professional and customer-oriented service to internal and external stakeholders.

Who Are You?

To succeed in this role, you should have;

• Strong knowledge of advanced English in both spoken and written form.
• A background in administration.
• Experience handling multiple complex issues simultaneously.
• Experience in problem-solving and working in an international environment.
