Your main responsibilities

The tasks vary according to the client's needs, but common knowledge requirements include the following:

• Support the existing finance department
• Bank payments
• Review and registration of incoming documents
• Manage accounts payable
• Manage accounts receivable
• Credit assessments
• Debt collection and reminders
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Payroll management

Please note that these are common tasks. Since this is not a specific position but an expression of interest for upcoming assignments, we do not know in advance what exact tasks the position will entail.

Who are you?

You have a post-secondary education in finance, from university/college or vocational training. You either have extensive experience in finance roles or have just started your career. It is important that you want to build on your skills and gain more experience with one of our clients. Good knowledge of Excel is always a strong merit. It is also highly advantageous if you have experience with one or more accounting systems.

To fit into most finance roles, you should be analytical, structured, and responsible. You should also be communicative and service-oriented. Our clients request varying experience and specialization, so it is crucial that you are clear about your previous experiences, skills, and ambitions in your CV.
