Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility

In the role of an accounting consultant, you will work independently with ongoing accounting tasks, reconciliations, and VAT declarations. You will have your own client responsibility and are expected, directly or in the long run, to take an advisory role to business leaders and work with annual accounts and declarations. Therefore, it is important that you have a strong interest in tools, programs, and digitalization to develop clients and their accounting processes, but also that you are passionate about finding the best solution for the client.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in accounting work at an agency. You have a good understanding of systems and a strong interest in digitalization within the financial field. Furthermore, you have excellent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing. It is considered a significant advantage if you have worked with Fortnox and/or Capego and have a post-secondary education in economics.

As a person, you are a self-sufficient problem solver who thrives in a social team, where the importance of being able to help each other is as crucial as the responsibility to move your own processes forward. You have the ability to prioritize what is important and see the big picture, as well as a desire to develop and learn new things.

You take responsibility for your work, and with support and help from colleagues, we expect you to be able to work independently with your clients and make the decisions and take the initiatives needed. When it comes to clients, it is important that you are engaged, responsible, and service-minded.
