Your Role

The Flight Testing department plays a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products. We are responsible for planning, executing, and reporting ground and flight tests in both basic flight test rigs and test aircraft. We are now looking for a quality engineer and internal auditor who wants to contribute to developing and improving our operations. In this role, you will have the opportunity to influence the work and be part of raising quality further within a department with high ambitions.

In your work, you will coach and provide methodological support in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and preventive work. You will also participate in conducting internal audits and contribute to developing the organization. You will also be responsible for conducting investigations and follow-ups related to the quality area. As part of the team, you will be a natural support for the department's employees, sharing your knowledge and helping to drive the work forward with a focus on quality and improvement.

Your Profile

We are looking for a quality-conscious person who takes responsibility and has a good ability to take initiative. To succeed in the role, we see that you are structured, attentive, and have the ability to adapt to different needs and situations. You work meticulously with a proactive approach, with a desire to develop both yourself and our ways of working. Your strengths lie in your ability to engage with people and create participation through successful communication at all levels within the organization. The tasks are broad, and you have a good ability to learn and analyze, as well as the courage to stand up for what is right.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant post-secondary education, such as an engineering degree or equivalent.
• Has worked in areas such as quality, project management, or problem-solving methodologies.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have experience in:

• Working with management systems and audits.
• Aerospace and EN9100 quality standards.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
