Your Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will have overall responsibility for handling our customers' inquiries and orders for spare parts and component maintenance. You will be the customer's contact person throughout the process from quote request to order, delivery, and invoicing. Our customers are both Swedish and international, civilian and military, as well as internal and external. Customer Support is the interface between the customer and other functions within Saab such as planning, purchasing, maintenance workshops, finance, contract/business management.

Your main tasks will include:

• Customer dialogue
• Interface between customer and maintenance organization
• Analysis and development of workflows and methods
• Commercial management, such as pricing and quoting
• Collaboration and coordination with our maintenance workshops
• Order registration, delivery monitoring, invoicing, and reporting
• Goal management and efficiency work

Saab is in a phase where several new customers, contracts, and projects are underway, which places new demands on how operations and work are conducted to ensure effective implementation. Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a delivery focus who sees the big picture and understands both the business and customer needs. You value and contribute to collaboration and good communication with colleagues and customers. You are engaged and thrive with a broad network of many interfaces and relationships and enjoy when the day varies depending on what comes in. You are meticulous, structured, and willing to challenge established truths to achieve change, improvement, and efficiency.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Relevant education and/or work experience in logistics, service, administration, or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
• Good knowledge of Excel

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience with IFS or similar business systems
• Experience in aviation and/or other maintenance activities

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
