Do you want to work in a role where you create strong relationships, drive business results, and contribute to customer satisfaction? As an Aftermarket Consultant at Honda, you hold a key role in supporting our dealers to achieve their goals for customer loyalty, parts sales, and profitability.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our dealers, analyze their performance, and implement strategies that make a real difference – for them, for our customers, and for Honda's success. Your workplace will range from Linköping in the south to Luleå in the north, which means many travel days that you plan together with your immediate manager.

Your main responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships and act as an important contact person between Honda and the dealers.
• Set goals and action plans together with the dealers and follow up on their successes.
• Support the dealers through training, business development, and implementation of digital tools and central processes.
• Analyze performance and develop/drive action plans to achieve goals in parts, customer loyalty, and service visits.
• Work with forecasts and manage reports to drive improvements.
• Ensure the best possible customer experience by driving customer focus programs and actions at our dealers.

Personal Profile

As a person, you are structured and proactive. You enjoy working towards goals and possess excellent communication skills that lead to qualitative results in every given situation. Long-term relationships and business acumen drive you forward in your work, and you are supportive and attentive in your approach.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of work experience in sales, preferably in distribution and aftermarket. Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
• A strong commercial sense and practical experience in supporting business operations.
• Good skills in data analysis and sales statistics, able to create your own analyses.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and presentation techniques.
• Excellent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Experience with business systems.
• A valid driver's license as the position requires travel by car.
