About the Position

In the role of salesperson, you will represent ACT M&B AB for our customers primarily in Östergötland and Södermanland, but additional areas may be added.

You will develop the market and visit new and existing customers where you will long-term develop business relationships. To actively drive sales of all our products and services, you will work closely with colleagues in Sales, Project Management, and Management.

The position involves a lot of travel, as you will belong to and be based at one of our offices in Norrköping or Västervik, so we prefer applicants from the local area. You will be part of a team with 2 other salespeople and report to the management team.

You will belong to the office in Norrköping or Västervik but will be able to work from home. Since you will be working with customers in Östergötland and Södermanland, we prefer that you reside in the local area.

Qualifications for the Position:

• 3-5 years of industry and sales experience within construction or a similar industry is preferred
• Good communication skills in both spoken and written form
• High school education.
• Driving license B.

To succeed in the job as a salesperson, we are looking for someone who is:

• structured and organized as the position involves some administration where you communicate and drive the business both internally and externally.
• proactive, self-driven, responsible, and meticulous.
• results-oriented and takes overall responsibility for the company's best.
• motivated by creating business, analyzing customer needs, and skilled at building relationships.
• fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form and lives in the district.
• familiar with working with CRM systems for leads and follow-up.
• preferably has a sports background in team sports.
• long-term and goal-oriented.
