ABOUT THE POSITION

The role involves being a consultative support to Toyota's managers and HR Business Partners, where you, with your knowledge in competency-based recruitment methodology, help Toyota find the right person for the right place. Building relationships with managers and attracting and maintaining candidates will become part of your daily routine. You will, to some extent, participate in fairs and collaborate with the company's communication department in various Employer Branding activities. You will also work closely with the company's Talent Acquisition Partners. Therefore, we see that you as a person are relationship-building and appreciate being socially active and creating contacts in professional contexts. Furthermore, we see that you are structured and can plan and prioritize your work effectively. You have a good overall perspective and can consider the best interests of the business regarding actions and decisions. This requires that you have a good initiative and can achieve results with your initiatives.

This is a consulting assignment that extends until the turn of the year, with the possibility of extension.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Tasks

• Be a professional HR support in the recruitment process for Toyota's managers for various roles
• Design requirement profiles, write and publish job advertisements, and conduct interviews together with the recruiting manager
• Conduct assessments based on interview material as well as capacity and personality tests
• Conduct reference checks
• Train managers in competency-based recruitment methodology throughout the recruitment process

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have previous work experience in competency-based recruitment
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as a bachelor's degree in HR/PA, vocational training in recruitment, or equivalent work experience in tech recruitment
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing as it is required to perform the tasks

In Sweden, Toyota Material Handling is mainly located in Mjölby, Gothenburg, and Stockholm.
