At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for both qualified and unqualified teachers for high schools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with young people's learning and development. Whether you are a student or have another job of at least 50%, we offer a flexible position that allows you to work extra as a substitute teacher at various high schools.

As a substitute teacher in high school, you will:

• Support students in their subject knowledge and personal development.
• Conduct lessons according to planning or support the regular teacher.
• Create a safe and motivating learning environment where students feel seen and encouraged.
• Assist with conflict management and relationship building.
• Provide support to students with special needs if necessary.

The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at various high schools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week and can start immediately. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Possess a high school teacher's degree and/or subject teacher's degree according to the Regulation (2011:326) on qualifications and certification for teachers.
• Students in teacher training with at least one completed internship period and documented experience of working in high school.

We also prefer that you:

• Are flexible and can quickly get around the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car is an advantage).
• Have a genuine interest in pedagogical work and youth development.
• Are calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with students and colleagues.
• Find it easy to build relationships and instill trust.
• Communicate clearly and have good collaboration skills.
• Experience working in high school is an advantage.
