Preschool I Ur och Skur Skogsängen is a small and family-oriented preschool with about 25 children, operated as a parent cooperative in accordance with the I Ur och Skur pedagogy. The preschool is located in central Stuvsta in Huddinge, but we are often outside exploring nature in the local area.

The preschool has two departments, Fröet (1-3 years) and Plantan (3-6 years). The position as a preschool teacher will currently be based in Plantan.

Job Responsibilities & Your Profile

We are looking for you who are an educated and licensed preschool teacher. You are well acquainted with the preschool's governing documents and can implement the curriculum's goals in daily work. We value if you have previously worked in preschool and you should master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

You are engaged, driven, and find joy in seeing children grow in their roles while being mindful of your own and your colleagues' development. Of course, you put the children in focus and see each child, every day. We see that you are an open and positive person with good collaboration skills and feel relaxed in meeting with the children's parents. A big plus is if you enjoy being outdoors as a large part of the activities are conducted outside.

As a permanent employee at Preschool I Ur och Skur Skogsängen, you have a great opportunity to influence daily work and can, together with your colleagues, affect how the operations develop. As a permanent employee, you will also receive training in the I Ur och Skur pedagogy from Friluftsfrämjandet.
