We work interdisciplinary for meaningful learning. Studying a topic simultaneously in several subjects in different ways has shown to increase learning and the desire to learn in a very satisfying way. Working with tasks and problems from contexts outside of school is important to us. You will plan, implement, and evaluate various projects and the pedagogical work at the workplace together with other colleagues. This creates a positive community and more eyes that see each child from different perspectives.

Innovitaskolan Södertälje is looking for a driven and positive teacher who puts students' learning at the center. We want you to be curious and solution-oriented. You have the ability to create interest and a desire to learn, and you meet each student where they are. You are engaged in your students' development and want to help drive the development work around your subject at the school. You inspire joy in work, and through close leadership, you contribute to development.

Building good relationships with students and colleagues is a natural part of your everyday life. You are a certified teacher with the authority to teach Spanish.

Additional information

The position is a 60% permanent employment. The position starts with a probationary period of 6 months (provided you meet the requirements of the Education Act). Start date according to agreement.
