Then the work as a substitute teacher with us at Precator Pedagogerna is something for you!


As a substitute teacher, your assignment can look different:

  • You may be the one responsible for teaching for one or more school days, usually with a ready lesson plan available.
  • You may also receive longer teaching assignments, which include independently planning and conducting lessons. Additionally, you will have greater collaboration with colleagues and contact with guardians.
  • You can also work as an extra resource in the classroom and assist the regular teacher.

Before you start, you will receive basic introductory training. You will also receive guidance, further training, and support in your job when you have questions or concerns regarding your assignment as a substitute from us at Precator Pedagogerna.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with a completed high school education and previous experience working with children and young people. It is an advantage if you have worked in a school, are studying to become a teacher, or have other relevant education in the field.

The job requires that you enjoy working in different workplaces and can easily adapt to new routines and ways of working. Furthermore, you are confident in the role of a role model and leader, you are self-driven and dare to take your own initiatives, and you have a strong commitment and are good at inspiring students. You are communicative and have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Above all, you have a great interest in children's and young people's learning and development!
