Enebybergs School is an educational unit that operates in five different buildings: Brage, Eneby, Valla, and Haga. Together, these form one educational unit: Enebybergs School. About 600 curious students attend the school, distributed across grades F-6.

The unit is located in a quiet residential area in Danderyd Municipality, close to good transportation links.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a leisure teacher, you will work in one of our grades F-3. Together with your colleagues, you will plan and implement activities in collaboration with the primary school and the leisure center, focusing on the student's entire day. In your role, you will also have a special responsibility for developing the leisure center together with colleagues. We prefer that you currently have a similar assignment with corresponding responsibilities.

We are now looking for two leisure teachers who are passionate about the leisure center and are well acquainted with its governing documents. You will work closely with the classroom teachers during the students' school day. Together with your colleagues at the leisure center, you will work to develop our leisure activities, both short-term and long-term.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a certified primary school teacher with a focus on leisure and subject competence
• Has experience working in a leisure center.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Is experienced in using digital tools

As a person, you are stable and can handle stress constructively. You are flexible and maintain a good mood, have a pedagogical approach, and treat students, colleagues, and guardians with respect. Additionally, you have a good ability to adapt and want to collaborate with your colleagues towards common goals. You are confident in yourself and stand up for what you believe is right, enjoying working in a dynamic environment characterized by collaboration. In your role, you are expected to act with an analytical mindset and can take a holistic perspective within the organization, as well as work to develop teaching in the learning environments that students encounter throughout their day. You see collaboration as a positive and natural part of working with your colleagues. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
