Teacher of English Grades 4 - 9

International English School Sigtuna is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher of English for grades 4-9 for a full-time position starting in the upcoming school year, February 2025.

About us: International English School in Sigtuna is a school for students in grades F to 9, with a student body of 600 and a staff of around 65 employees. Our school is known for its high educational quality, bolstered by an international staff and a teaching environment where up to 50% of the instruction is conducted in English. We follow the IES Ethos, a methodology that promotes an inclusive and permissive atmosphere that leads to good academic results.

Who are you? You are an enthusiastic and committed educator with a strong desire to contribute to the success of both students and colleagues. You hold a teaching license with the qualification to teach English for grades 4 to 9. You are an excellent team player who values collaboration and open communication. You have the ability to organize and deliver instruction that engages and inspires students while serving as a role model.
