At Preschool Fjärilen Rosenvinge, we are now looking for a driven, caring preschool teacher with flexibility and preferably experience in the profession for our newly built preschool!

We expect you, like your future colleagues, to have a sense of warm and caring learning. Your upcoming workplace has high expectations that you contribute to ensuring that everyone at the preschool, both big and small, is met with curiosity, respect, and a positive expectation of development. It is in the interpersonal meetings that reflection and development can occur! You are relationship-building, trustworthy, and professional in your interactions, even with our parents.

Of course, you are well acquainted with the Curriculum for Preschools and you preferably have experience with systematic quality work. Together with your colleagues, you will work to make visible and support the learning processes that occur. You will be involved in shaping and developing our activities to best meet the children's needs and support them in developing all their abilities.

The work involves making visible the learning processes where the children's demonstrated interests guide the choice of content in teaching. You are inspired by Reggio Emilia's philosophy of the competent child, and your working method in the children's group is project-based. You carry the explicit responsibility of the preschool teacher as mentioned in the curriculum.

We would like you to use nature as a recurring learning environment for children to visit, explore, experience, and develop their abilities. The preschool embraces a lot of outdoor pedagogy.

Our premises are designed according to the Fjärilen concept. The preschool offers activity-based rooms shared with all home bases in a salutogenic environment that, according to research, promotes health and well-being. The different rooms are designed to invite curious exploration and learning so that the child can develop ALL their abilities as described in the curriculum. The preschool also includes a dining room designed so that children can practice their independence.
