Eneskolan is a F-9 school located in Järna in southern Södertälje. The school has about 500 students and approximately 50 staff members. We are now looking for a new, experienced colleague for the middle school, a unique opportunity to join a wonderful team and curious students!

Your responsibilities

You will have a central role in the middle school at Eneskolan and be somewhat like the spider in the web. Teaching will take place in the middle school with a focus on supporting students who need extra help in the classroom. You will belong to a team. The team consists of other teachers and includes mentorship that is divided among all colleagues. The work also includes our collegial professional development work as well as tasks related to the teaching role such as communication with guardians, planning, and assessment.

Who are you?

You are an educated and certified teacher for middle school. You have previous experience working in schools and working in small groups with students in need of extra support.
As Eneskolan is currently working on an exciting development project, we would like you to be interested in being a part of our development. Part of the collegial professional development work focuses on working with the student in mind. Therefore, we would like you to have a relational approach and a strong belief in students' ability to develop.

Personal qualities:
- You have good communication skills and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
- You have experience and a good ability to collaborate with both colleagues and guardians as well as students.
- You have a secure and clear leadership in the classroom and build good relationships with your students.

Requirements:
- You are a certified teacher in at least one subject for teaching in middle school.
- You have experience working with students in need of special support.
- You have previous experience teaching in middle school.

Meritorious:
- Qualifications also for high school
- Special education teacher certification
- Previous experience in mentorship roles.
