Right now, we are looking for you who want to work in schools during after-school care with children from preschool class to grade 6. When you work in after-school care, the day often starts in the classroom where you support the teachers. In the afternoon, the activity shifts to after-school care with a focus on social community through play, movement, and creative activities.

With Pamoja, you work on short notice (often the same morning).

You are always uniquely matched to your assignments (based on your profile and preferences). You never have to compete with colleagues for jobs or be rejected by clients. Our requirement is that you can work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then we expect you to be able to work at least 1 day/week).

You can easily manage the job in our smart app. You are employed by us and work safely with a collective agreement. In addition, you will receive both a personal coach and a whole support team when you need it before, during, and after work.

Pamoja is the largest in Sweden for substitutes in schools. We have agreements with many schools and preschools and lots of different and exciting assignments to work with! Take the chance to make a difference for children and young people!

What do you need to know?

We believe that you, just like us, want to be a role model for everyone you meet, students, teachers, and parents. Smart and kind, simply :) You also need to have a valid high school diploma, speak and write Swedish, and a valid extract from the criminal record (order it today, so you can get to work faster).

How to apply for the job

Our recruitment process is modern, fast, and free from prejudice. You apply for the job in three simple steps without a CV. The first step is to fill out a short form about yourself. Then it's time to take our smart job test. The test makes it easier for us to understand who you are. In the next step, we will meet in a video meeting. If you pass all the steps, you can start working within a few days (it usually goes quickly!). You will be employed by us and work safely with a collective agreement. Or as a consultant if you prefer that. Of course, you will receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.
