As a teacher with us

As a teacher with us, you will work based on a pedagogical model we call the Learning Model, which involves organizing teachers into teams that teach students in an interdisciplinary manner within a grade. We refer to this as team teaching. In the role of team teacher, you create conditions for learning and guide students towards the goals of the organization. You plan, implement, and evaluate the teaching together with your team teacher colleague. You will participate in development work, team collaboration, and are expected to cooperate with colleagues in various ways. You and your team teacher colleague will work with one grade instead of multiple and follow them in the interdisciplinary work. This way, you will build closer relationships and a safer interaction.

The interdisciplinary work is based on assignments constructed according to LGR22, which provides a supportive framework for equity and quality. The assignments, in turn, contain clear elements of cooperative and value-creating learning. This makes the school more meaningful and a lot more fun.

By working according to the Learning Model throughout the entire company, Lärande Preschools and Primary Schools, there is an opportunity for collaboration across our school boundaries.

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, we expect that you have:

• Teaching certification with qualifications in Swedish and one or more of the social studies subjects.
• Previous experience in pedagogical work as a teacher and mentor.

It is an advantage if you have experience with co-teaching and enjoy working in an integrated subject manner.
