Tungelsta School is "the school in the village", a rural idyll in the southern part of Haninge municipality.

We have the city of Stockholm within comfortable commuting distance, about 30 minutes by car or train. The school is a five-minute walk from the station. The school's vision is to Want, Dare, Be Curious!

Tungelsta School is organized into grade-level teams from F-9. Each team is led by a development leader. The school has about 900 students and approximately 120 staff members. Everyone in the team is involved for the benefit of the students, and we believe that all children do the right thing if they can. At Tungelsta School, we are constantly discussing school development for improved results and increased equity.

We are looking for a qualified textile teacher with a strong ability to develop students' opportunities for a successful school experience. You will be part of a team, lead pedagogical discussions, and collaborate with other practical and aesthetic teachers. You will teach grades 5-9 and work closely with other textile teachers at the school.
