We are looking for you who want to engage, inspire, and shape the future – become a substitute teacher in primary school!
At StudentConsulting, we are now looking for both qualified and unqualified teachers for primary schools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for someone interested in working with children's and young people's learning and development. We are seeking individuals who are studying or have another job of at least 50% and want to work extra in preschool. The employment form is flexible and gives you the chance to work at several different primary schools as a substitute.
As a substitute teacher in primary school, you will, among other things:
- Support students in their learning and social development.
- Conduct lessons according to planning or support the regular teacher.
- Create a safe and motivating environment where students feel seen and encouraged.
- Help with conflict management and relationship building.
- Support students with special needs if necessary.
The position means that you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting, but will work at various primary schools in Stockholm/Solna. We are looking for someone who can work at least two days a week starting immediately. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays during the day.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who meets one of the following:
- Holds a primary school teacher's degree or a secondary school teacher's degree according to Regulation (2011:326) on qualifications and certification for teachers.
- Student in teacher education with at least one completed internship period and documented experience of working in primary school.
We would also like you to:
- Be flexible and able to quickly get around the Stockholm area (a driver's license and access to a car is an advantage).
- Have a genuine interest in pedagogical work and children's development.
- Be calm, stable, and empathetic in interactions with students and colleagues.
- Have an easy time building relationships and instilling trust.
- Communicate clearly and have good collaboration skills.
- Experience working in schools is highly meritorious.
