Prolympia - Sweden's Leading Sports School

Prolympia is Sweden's leading sports school at the primary school level. The school is independent and focuses on knowledge, safety, sports, and health – and now we are looking for a new colleague who can contribute to our operations. The school is centrally located near sports arenas, Vätterstranden, and the Rosenlund area. Here, 600 students from grades 1-9 attend, and we have 70 employees.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a teacher, you will teach grade 4 in the subjects of mathematics, science, technology, and English. In your daily work, you will plan lessons, prepare classes, and document students' development. You actively work to stimulate all students to develop their knowledge and have the ability to adapt teaching to promote learning and good academic results. You will be part of a team where you can exchange experiences, thoughts, and ideas daily that can improve your teaching and contribute to school development. In addition to teaching, you will also serve as a mentor for a class.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree from a teacher education program with teaching certification and eligibility to teach in grades 4-6 or 1-7 in the subjects of mathematics, science, and technology. It is an advantage if you also have eligibility in English.

For employment, a background check regarding work in schools and preschools is required.
