Prolympia - Sweden's Leading Sports School

Prolympia is Sweden's leading sports school at the primary school level. The school is independent and focuses on knowledge, safety, sports, and health – and now we are looking for a new colleague who can contribute to our operations. The school is centrally located with proximity to sports arenas, Vätterstranden, and the Rosenlund area. Here, 600 students from grades 1-9 attend, and we have 70 employees.

Job Responsibilities

In your role as a teacher, you will be teaching grade 2. In your daily work, you will plan lessons, prepare classes, and document students' progress. You actively work to stimulate all students to develop their knowledge and have the ability to adapt teaching to promote learning and good academic results. You are part of a work team where you have the opportunity to exchange experiences, thoughts, and ideas that can improve your teaching and contribute to school development. In addition to teaching, you will also serve as a mentor for a class.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree from a teacher education program with a teaching license and eligibility to teach in grades 1-3. The position is a parental leave substitute for about 1 year and may be extended if necessary.

For employment, a criminal record extract regarding work in schools and preschools is required.
