JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Your role includes consultative guidance for staff through observation and reflective conversations focusing on leadership and stimulating/accessible learning environments. Based on collected assessments, you will write pedagogical investigations and be involved in the work with Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and the evaluations and follow-ups that accompany them. At our school, we need to develop our approach to students with problematic school absenteeism. We want you to be involved in this development work and follow up on the routines we operate under. It is advantageous if you feel confident in developing teaching and following up on results while being part of the dialogue regarding the support students/groups need.

The EHT will be your work team, where Trollehöjd has good staffing with most professions in place. We have a good collaboration and trust in each other's competencies, complementing each other with our different perspectives. You will feel great trust in your role, where you have the opportunity to shape your assignment based on the identified development needs. Additionally, we have municipal forums and regular meetings where you can benefit from professional development and exchange with others in similar roles.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an experienced and committed special educator or special teacher with documented experience in special education work. Experience from middle school or upper elementary school is a plus.

You are solution-focused, work strategically, and can both initiate and implement measures that promote students' learning and the school's development.
