Trollehöjdskolan is a four-parallel middle school for grades 7 – 9. Approximately 290 students attend here. The low number of students gives you a good opportunity to grasp the whole picture, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and guardians.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Swedish teacher with us, you will play a central role in developing students' language, reading, and writing through engaging and challenging teaching. You will actively work to create a dynamic learning environment where literature, rhetoric, and writing come alive and are relevant to the students. You adapt teaching to the individual needs of students and have the ability to spark interest through innovative methods and digital tools.

You will be part of a faculty where collaboration and subject and lesson development are in focus. Through formative assessment, language-developing methods, and modern pedagogical approaches, you contribute to strengthening students' self-confidence and communicative skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a certified teacher in Swedish and has experience teaching at the middle school level. You possess deep subject knowledge, a pedagogical drive, and the ability to engage and challenge students at all levels. Qualification in additional language subjects, such as English or modern languages, is an advantage. Experience in lesson design, differentiated instruction, and digital learning tools is also a plus.

As a person, you are analytical, solution-focused, and have a natural ability to build relationships with both students and colleagues. You are part of a teaching team where we develop teaching together to provide our students with the best opportunities to succeed.
