RESPONSIBILITIES

The largest part of the assignment will be in the leisure activities, but also some related to the school's timetable. You will plan and evaluate the teaching/activities. You will see each student's needs and interests and shape the teaching/activities accordingly. Together with us, you will create inviting and stimulating environments to challenge and meet the students in their learning/development.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a teaching degree with a focus on working in leisure homes or a leisure pedagogue degree. You are an engaged and flexible leisure pedagogue with a big heart. You have high and positive expectations for the students. You have the ability to create structure around your teaching. You are solution-oriented and work to create the best educational conditions for all students with different needs. Experience in driving development within leisure activities is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities.
