Nymberg School is Höganäs municipality's adapted primary school. We are located in southern Höganäs and accept students from preschool class to grade 9.

The school has been around for a long time and has become an obvious choice for guardians with children who need adapted teaching. Here, we do not set limits on our students but instead create conditions for everyone to develop as much as possible. We want to be a safe choice for those who have the right to attend with us, and in doing so become the best school for each student.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a special teacher/teacher at Nymberg School, you are responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching based on each student's ability, creating good conditions for learning, and stimulating and challenging students' knowledge development.

The current position involves subject responsibility for mathematics and science subjects for students studying subjects within adapted primary school grades 4-9.

In adapted primary school focusing on subjects, you need to have a good ability to work flexibly and adapt your work based on each student's needs.

Students at Nymberg School may, in addition to IF, also have various physical and neuropsychiatric variations.

The position includes mentoring responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a degree and teaching certification in Mathematics/Science. It is an advantage if you also have special education training focused on IF.

It is also advantageous if you have work experience from adapted primary school.

You have clear pedagogical leadership and work towards good relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians.

You find it easy to collaborate, are independent and flexible in your work, and can adapt your work to both the students' and the organization's needs.

You are accustomed to working digitally and have an interest in trying new things.

We work with alternative communication methods, which means you are familiar with sign communication, widgets, and visual support.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
