Job Responsibilities

At Kulladal School, you have the opportunity to work in an organization with a high proportion of leisure teachers and educators. In grades F-3, we have age-homogeneous classes of three classes, and in grades 4-6, we work in the same way but have an age-mixed leisure center. The teams consist of primary school teachers or preschool teachers, leisure teachers, and resource persons as needed.

We are now looking for a new colleague for our leisure center. As a leisure teacher with us, you will plan together with your colleagues based on the needs and interests of the student group. Kulladal School has an organization focused on joint planning with evaluation and analysis in result dialogues. To assist in the systematic quality work, we have process supporters and our lead teacher in the leisure center. We strive to build strong teams where we take advantage of each other's differences and competencies while having a constant desire to learn and develop. Collaboration during school hours varies and can include reflection lessons where leisure teachers reinforce the subject based on their expertise, subject lessons such as playtime, art, etc. As a leisure teacher, you are confident in conducting lessons and activities. It is an advantage if you have subject competence in home economics.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a licensed leisure teacher and has experience working as a leisure teacher during school and leisure center hours. You are familiar with the school's and leisure center's mission and can drive the operations based on the curriculum and our governing documents. You see opportunities for collaboration and think about students' development from a full-day perspective. You feel secure in your leadership and have the ability to adapt teaching and activities so that students can succeed based on their conditions. Of course, you are a person who works to ensure that students leave school with hope for the future and the ability to make their own choices. You contribute to ensuring that students have the opportunity to develop knowledge, values, skills, and abilities for an active and independent life.

About the Workplace

Join in creating each student's best school – you too! Kulladal School is a F-6 school with about 550 students, and over 380 students attend the leisure center. At Kulladal School, you work closely with your colleagues to create a whole for the students.
